Learning to crochet

I'm going to look out for that baby and toddler book at the library. All the patterns I have seen so far are for tiny babies, I want to make my strapping 18 month old something!

i have started teddy number 2 and so far using the smaller hook my stitches look so much neater! fingers crossed this ones turns out well!

Good old fleabay!
Here's a link to the seller I used, they are UK based and I got the hooks today, only bought them on Monday!

That's the seller I got mine from. I was well impressed, I ordered them on the good old iPhone eBay app on my way to work on Friday and they arrived Saturday morning. :T

I haven't got pictures of all my hooks but this one will give you an idea of what I use to crochet with



And a handbag I made up with spare odds and ends. I used a baby blue wool all the way through and just doubled it with all my odds and ends... looked pretty good

Just had to share. I have just completed my first granny square after trying a 100 times and unpicking I think I finally have it:jone down another 100 to go:D
