  • Hi LL

Wow you're doing really well with Ebay. I listed a few items on Sunday but I'll be lucky if I make a tenner!!! What sorts of things have you listed/sold?

    Keep on track....... !

    Hi,

Thanks for all your kind messages. Just done my PAD, bank balance is looking VERY low!! Yikes.

As for the ebay, been selling perfume that i have had and some was unopened and some was opened but not used. They were the big ££££'s. Have more items on ebay that still have a few days to go...

I still have more items to list, I was working on Sunday and didn't have the energy to list all of the items, so have to do these, but learned from a few mistakes so I'll be as tight as possible when it comes to add ons!!

I also read my lightbulb moment again which I wrote in someones thread, that kind of reminded me why I'm doing this. Still a LONG way to go and a lot of things to do, but I really want to get there!

I also need to target myself some NSD's, I am so bad at that. Pure laziness on my part, it would also help me loose the extra pounds that I have in my posession, and they're not the currency form either!

I'm off to read NDD diary and others.

Lots of Love and lots of debt erradication!

    LL xx

looking back is sometimes good for us when we're on the df road. we sometimes forget the changes we've made and only see the hill uphead of us, whereas take a quick peak backwards and you can see the progress which has been made.

I haven't written on this in days...so lazy. But I reckon by the end of this month I will have wiped £800 off my OD. When I started my DBJ (debt free journey) I had an OD of £4000. I think it will be about £3200 by the end of this month. But this is dependant on 3 key things.
    1. Cheque for £35 arriving this wk
    2. Cheque or £96 from greentec for mobile phones
    3. Ebay sales of £500 ish (after all fees etc)
I have also lodged £32.32 from piggy bank yesterday into HBOS OD account. Went to petrol station first of all and lady noticed all my 2p's. So asked if she could have them in exchange for silver coins. Which I gladly did, until I realised that my joy of paying 2p's onto my OD wasn't going to happen. I was looking forward to beign awkward with the HBOS about paying my OD back. Being that they are awkward themselves.

I will pay money into Barclays and Tesco CC today.

All other debts will be paid next wk, when I pay myself.

I have reached my target on perfume sales on ebay for the next 30days. So I'm left with a bottle of Calvin Klein Escape that I can't list for the next 30 days. plus ebay won't allow you to sell any Dior products, so any perfume or skincare I have I can't list on ebay. Might put them on gumtree and see what happens.

Next month will be hard as I don't think I have many more items to list on ebay, therefore not much more money coming in and as I've done so well on my OD I kind of want to keep doing well and really aim to obliterate it asap.

Don't really think there is much else to tell. I will be updating all my payment in 100 days and also 15K to Christmas next week when I have paid all debts.

    Till tmmw.

    Be good. xx

    Hi,

I've done my PAD, didn't pay barclaycard or Tescos today as ran out of time, But i will do that tmmw.

Went to bed last night feeling really positive, can't explain why, just was. I would love it it I could get another £1500 off my OD by April 18th. Might leave that as a personal challenge rather than a public one, but then if i do it as a personal challenge is it a challenge?

I have a listing ending tonight on ebay. The current bid amount I have included in my £800 for the mont off OD, but I would love it if it increased a bit more. My MBT's have a bid of £30 so I'll include them in next months reduction figure.

Nothing much else to tell, well except I was really sad today and spent about an hour in mamas and papas looking at things for little people and hoping that this time next yr I can be actually be genuinely thinking about buying stuff. Mad, mad, mad but now you know the workings of my mind. Incase anyone is wondering I harbour these thoughts once in a while and then the first time I hear a child cry, I'm like OMG I love being single!!

    Right I'm off.

    Till tmmw DBF.

    Hi CG,

I know my daughter is a teenager and I lover her to bits but I love wee people as well, but when my mates kids start I'm like, 'Love you boys but here's your mum and dad, cheerio!!'

Oh and the ebay thing, i have, no joking 3 bottles of coco chanel, some unopened. So ALL sold, make up not used, sold, skincare products which thankfully i never took the seal off, sold. Plus I have a really expensive piece of jewellery that i bought on my CC and i've never worn (oh the old days and all that!) well it's about to sell today (fingers crossed,) too.

    Till tmmw.

OK, totted up my ebay sales (minus fees!) mobile phone sales, cheque PAD etcs and I have paid £938.07 off my OD. OMG I am skipping with happiness.

Total debt payments in Jan £1804.55. Won't be this much next month but it all counts. Decided to up my 100 days target to £1500 off my OD. So by 18th April i want to be only paying the HBOS £30 a month in interest instead of £60.

Also done my PAD too, I'll transfer money to pay myself today so I'll make more payments tmmw. (I'm self employed incase I haven't told any of you.)

Right off to do some ebay stalking.

Be good and thanks for reading.
