I started off asking them quite politely and then started to get a little more abrupt!! Haven't had any over Christmas so hoping they've got the message. My luck all it'll mean is they've been off all Christmas and it'll go back to normal tomorrow!!
Brill news about NSDs, I had thought it meant nothing coming out of your bank. Must read things more carefully!NSD -5/20

Me too on the NSDs. I only counted days when not a penny passed thro my hot little itchy fingers!:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0

Hi,
Day 7, you all make me smile.
So did my PAD £1,
Also sold an item on Amazon, yay! but got totally stung on the postage charges, it has actually cost me £1.29 more than I am making on the item to send it. Not impressed and it's all my fault too, so hiked the prices of the other items up as a result.
Also got a letter from Tesco saying they were charging me for a late payment. Called them about it and it was an error on their part, esp as they charged me it at the start of Dec.
Also a payment to egg today, so thats £123.35 off my loan.
Off to walk the dogs, keep up the good work.

well done for challenging Tesco's about their charge, these credit cards aren't the sharpest tools in the block, and yet lots of folk don't check what they're doing to their accounts and they get away with mistakes like this.0

Hi,
I've PAD £1, plus added £4.50 to Sliming world pot.
Sold my item on ebay, did wonder about why other sellers had such high postage charges. I know why now, they were clever enough to incl the paypal costs to their postage costs. A mistake not to be made again by me. silly, silly.
Till tmmw, I'll have listed loads of items by tmmw night.
Be good.

Hi,
Did my £1 PAD, also reduced my OD amount to £3840, my signature for the HBOS OD is wrong, the OD was £4,000 when I started this. So well pleased with myself. The lady in HBOS asked me if I wanted a loan instead of the OD, told her I wanted to close the account and stop uing HBOS as they are shutting all smaller local branches. Funnily enough she didn't say much after that!
Back at work tmmw, as the weather has been so bad.
Till tmmw, keep smiling.

Hi LexieLou, good luck on your adventures. I too am finding a diary a brilliant thing to keep me motivated.
just wanted to say as it's been mentioned a couple of times on your thread, I have managed to sell slightly used make-up/skincare bits on ebay before with no bother. I have clearly stated they are used and how much/how old etc. I couldnt believe it but I even sold slightly used lipsticks!
For a while I had a bit of an expensive Chanel make-up habit and did quite well off ebay when I sold on the last of it!
hope 2010 brings you everything you wish for :j0 -
Hi Little_h,
I sold a bottle of chanel perfume!! unopened, then found another one that was not used but the cellophane is off the product. found some Laura Mercier make up that hasn't been used. Been really unmotivated the last few days, but have it on my to do list tmmw to get my @rse into gear and get items listed. ASAP.
I also need to do some PAD's so I'll do a big one tmmw.
Sleep well.
