    Hello,

Just updated all PAD, as i didn't do one on Friday. Also returned a pair of the two pairs of shoes I bought, but then went and spent that money on a pair of linen trs. But sure you have to treat yourself every now and then.

Got a letter from Tesco, but i'll tell you all about that tmmw.

Oh yeah and my items on ebay didn't sell. Had to relist them, which means spending money. Typical isn't it, they didn't sell cos it was free listing but thy will probably sell now that I have to pay for the listing. I don't think that I am destined to save any money in this process of paying off this huge mountain of debt.

Ah well, off to bed and away to check if i've won the lottery.

    Night.

It's Monday and what a good day I have had.

Opened the mail this am to receive an offer of £1750.19 from Egg for misselling my PPI.....one phone call is all it took. So duly accepted the letter and posted it back today.

Then called tesco re their recent letter about my late fees etc and them saying no you aren't getting any money back. So got £233 refunded to my account from them.

Total refunded to me = £1983. Not a bad start to the week.

I then called Scalifax re a loan I had years ago and asked them to look at this as I had alternative cover then and wasn't made aware that I didn't need their PPI. Just realising now as I type this that I should have asked them to look at the earlier loan too as they didn't mention that i could get cheaper cover elsewhere. But maybe I should just see how this one goes first.

Also have a bid on an ebay item. Knew that would happen, as soon as I had to pay for the listing they would sell. Typical really, but however. It means shifting unwanted items from my house so as long as I make some money who cares.

Just done my PAD as well. So all in all a busy few days.

Right off to do some chores.

    Pop back in tmmw.

    night.

    Hi,

I'm here, been lurking on other pages and not been posting on my own dary, how naughty of me.

So got money back from Egg, £1750 for an old loan and misselling PPI, also got back £850 from Scalifax for an old loan and misselling PPI. I stupidly didn't ask them to look at the loan I had out before that one, so I will do that this week. If I don't I will keep wondering what would have happened if I hadn't looked into it.

I also contacted John Lewis about the PPI on my CC, they have verbally told me that they are not upholding the complaint as I apparently didn't open the PPI with the loan but took it out separately. This I don't remember, as I know what I'm like and it took me ages to activate my Credit card, so how on earth would I be bothered to make a phone call about PPI. Not making sense at all.

Sold all listed items on ebay, thank goodness. I have 6 more to list, so I'll take the photos tmmw and get that done.

So June is only a few hours away, I'm back working pretty much full time and I'm well pleased about that. But I need to do a budget, so that will also be on my list for tmmw.

    Tmmw looks like this:

    1. Photo and list 6 items for ebay, have to use turbo lister, as I'm not sitting around on Tuesday pm to list them. I know it's an extra 30p, but i figure it's better spent as otherwise I will miss the prime bidding time
    2. do a budget
    3. do a meal plan, want to lose a stone in weight
    4. Keep on top of PAD. All of May I manged to do it.

Forgot to tell you all, I bought some goodies from my PPI reclaims. A top, dress, another top, shoes, perfume and a magazine. Do feel marginally guilty, but all items bought are classics and will do winter and summer, so uses per wear will be quite good.

That's it, hope you are all well.

    Lots of Love,

Goodness me it's been so long since I was here last. But I have been busy I promise. I've been so busy this evening that I actually have fingers that are too tired to type! If only you could dictate what you wanted to write and it magically appeared on screen! Now how much fun would that be??

So, briefly, what have I been up too? Well completed loads of letters to cc about miselling ppi, got some money back from others and also been selling on ebay. But I am struggling this month. I didn't do a budget and things are starting to slip and it's only just the middle of the month! yikes!!

So I will update you this week on all things Lexie Lou...promise!

I've had a few friends have babies in the last week and you know what it's so nice to see, but makes me slightly jealous. Oh that sounds awful but it's how I feel. I know I got into this mess myself and I have to get myself back out of it, but inside i'm secretly screaming, why me? Was I so bad in a past life that I'm destined never to be debt free again? Oh what a mess and my lottery numbers still haven't come out yet!!

So rant for tonight over, I'm off to bed and then I will drop in over the next few days and update you all on what's happening.

    night everyone and talk soon.

    lots of love,

    Hi Ziggles,

Yes I'm here, haven't been very good on all things MSE, so big boot up the bum to get back into gear. Starting to get depressed again about it all. Still want that magical debt free date to be July 2010, and unless i get a shimmy on it won't happen.

I've loads of PPI and late CC charges to chase up, so need to get all that done, pronto. Also need to chase up those that haven't responded!!

So that's me, I also need to claim back my lost item from the post office!

So I will be back tmmw and every day from there on until my DFD. I also need to update all PAD. So naughty about missing them!

Night all and I will be back to kick this debts !!!!! ( apologies for the strongly worded lingo)

    Hi,

As promised I'm back. Didn't get any letters done today, but did manage to make a list of those that need done and boy is that a long list.
Spent only £3.70 and have started my spending diary again. Still really down about owing so much money and still annoyed with myself that I'm becoming dead relaxed about spening a few pounds here and there, so need to knucke down and get on with things.

Nothing else to tell, except by the end of the week I will have a huge amount of things done. I have managed to sort out my wool stash and get various projects started and or positioned in order of importance.

    Till tmmw, good night all.
