Still shattered ( I know I'm whinging), but signature updated with new loan balance on Egg, down to £604.95. Yay. So pleased.

Spending diary is going well. Just transferred another £140 from the ebay pot to Scalifax, so will update the OD when money in account.

Will tidy up other balances as soon as CC statements come in.

I am so tired and I have a huge to do list.

    Night

ps. I have 6 pages on my diary now!! So exciting. xx

Just done PAD. Had to buy two new tyres today. I know I had to buy them and I don't mind that, but I am absolutely fed up with everything. I know I got into debt and I know that was my doing and I have to pay it back, but I just get fed up looking at all these people who have a nice house and car and job that pays well and a family and partner and large group of friends and here I am, with not too much.

Suppose it's a case of the grass is greener. It makes me sad that I don't know when I'll ever get to the point where I am earning a decent salary again. Self employment....times I love it, times I wish it paid better.

And I have more items to list on ebay. So fed up.

Away to moan out loud, chat tmmw.

it's not easy struggling along to pay off debt and live at the same time but i always try and persuade myself that you really don't know what's going on in other folks lives and one day they may end up in worse positions than those we're currently are in but are just sticking their heads in the sand at the moment. (not that i hope they are though, if you know what i mean)

Now now madam...like you told me when i had a 'wee episode' the other week...don't be so hard on yourself! Look at those totals going down, you're ebaying like mad and working like mad too. Not as if you're just crying into your tea about the debt...well ok maybe you are :p but you're doing something about it!
It is a bit of a bummer when all around you people are merry-making with gay abandon...but you're struggling through debt that seems never-ending
But what the hell, we is all different and i'm pretty sure no-one who is important to you and who you are important to really cares about any of it!
So go on and have a your moan out loud and get back to your debt busting and encourage people like me!:D

    Hi Ziggles,

Yes today was good. I'm off to suppliers on Tues. Totally last minute and it means dipping into savings to pay for trip but it's necessary, so has to be done. Only dipping into savings as I've not been working due to weather, so I will hopefully catch the cost back by the end of the month.

Done my PAD and I forgot, I booked the trip thru quidco. It's funny how the discount doesn't become appiled to your account for a while after transaction.

Anyway, I'm off as I'm up early tmmw.

Thanks for popping in and I'll be back tmmw.

    Hey Lexie

    How are you doing?
Maude (my car) passed her MOT today! Wonder of wonders!
I am having a wee freak out at the letter i got from HBOS about upping my interest from 22 to 27.95%:mad::eek::eek::mad::mad:
    I mean really !!!!!!?????????
I have a £2k balance on it...which just refuses to budge but it has a high limit (in case of emergency since i have no savings) seriously.
Have upped Tesco so i have a £1k buffer and can enter into negotiations with them and if all else fails with HBOS, close the card.
Did you get a poxy letter too???

    a POX on HBOS!
