    Indeed it is!

Had a nice weekend. Watched rugby at home first on Saturday morning then headed off to see my friend in Cardiff. We had a nice time going round MadeinRoath, open houses, exhibitions etc in Roath area where I used to live. And was nice to catch up with my friend. Stayed for dinner and watched Strictly before heading home. Was really cold on the motorbike! Original plan had involved staying over and cheering friends running the Cardiff half but wanted time at home and with BF instead so that won over.

Sunday started with rugby again, then we decided to head to town as the weather was really nice. Had a free drink first in Pitcher & Piano, mine was a very strong cocktail that put me bit out! Then we did the MShed, new museum which I just couldn't cope with because of the drink and I just found the lay out really confusing. Then went to see SS Great Britain. It was really hot in the lower decks and the dry dock was so hot and dry that I couldn't cope with that either. But it was a lovely day spent with BF and we had a lovely belly pork roast dinner in the evening which just topped it off nicely.

Really tired this morning though and I've picked up my friends cold. I really need to get some echinacea. Also, I'm the only one in our office today. The only other guy who was supposed to be in has had a cold since Friday (his day off) and just came in to do a few things before heading off home. I'd rather not be here either...:(

Ah, have had company for the afternoon, but I'd rather been alone. Been sneezing so much today it's making me tired. I usually stay till 6pm on Monday's but will have to leave earlier today as need to go to town before training. I'd like to just go home to be honest but unfortunately, that's not an option.
Also bad news. I forgot to change my address for my contact lenses and they have now send my new ones to the old address. :( And I'd rather not talk to the landlord, but will obviously have to.

Yeah, weekend was nice, was nice to do something for a change. :) And great that the weather was so good.

Cold feels bit better today. And funnily enough, at training had no problems at all, could breathe fine and no runny nose. Exercise is key. :) Got some free lunch for today as well from yesterday's left overs. Pasta and meatballs. :0

Thanks SH, still feeling pretty unfit and have only now realised how fit I actually was last year. For some reason both I and BF are bit demotivated atm and that's why we're not doing as much as we normally would. Not really sure what our problem is as everything seems fine. I haven't started my fitness regime yet and BF feels too tired to get motivated unless someone else comes with a plan. It's unfortunate that we both feel like this at the same time. At least one of us needs to get their a$$ in gear before long!

Hi Tirl - you have been amazingly fit - perhaps your body wants a rest especially now you have a longer commute?

Probably partly that but this all started with my many colds at the start of the year. Maybe my immune system is bit shot and just doesn't let me have the energy to do stuff cos it would be too much. I really need to get on top of it. Planning to buy some echinacea now and maybe some multivitamins and C-vit with zinc. We do eat relatively well so not sure why I'm so prone to colds atm.
