Sometimes it takes a bit of effort to incorporate exercise into your day but seems you're doing well.
Sometimes I wish I could do less than 10miles on a bike a day, especially when it's lashing it down...otherwise it's quite nice.

Got soaked last night on the way home and it kept raining so no more practise on the bike. Might have friends coming round for dinner tonight so we'll have to see but should have plenty of time on Saturday.

Hi Tirl - I hate getting wet so would struggle with that.... I think I prefer walking partly because you can use a brolly LOL. I managed about 2500 steps yesterday when I was carrying my phone in my handbag - hard to know what the true count was.... Monday caught up with me tho and I was falling asleep at tea time but then wasn't asleep at 4.30am - Annoying!

Really hope for your sake you get a new job soon

    Nice weekend.
On Saturday got up way too early to watch rugby and then went to see the 9.30 game in t pub so by the time we got back home I was knackered and went to bed for couple more hours...:o Finally got up though still felt really lethargic and groggy but decided to do something and so went for a ride to Weston-Super-Mare to see the Gran Pier with BF. Not much to see there but got us out of the house. We decided we need to plan things to do at weekend when we're both free because we seem to have a tendency not to do much at the moment and it's a waste!

Sunday we had our first two indoor vb matches in B'ham. We played well and first time ever (in my time) we won both matches in straight sets! :D We were finished by 2.30 but obviously then had the drive back. BF had to fetch me from Newport way and after we got home I went for a very little bike ride on my own! I was first bit  but it was fine. So today was the first day I came to work on the motorbike and I arrived to work and my face looked like this :D and I just could not stop grinning! :rotfl:

Extra £171.34 paid off Tesco cc, so only £300 left now. BF will lend me the money to pay it off before 19th when the 0% finishes. Then hoping to pay that back in the next 3/4months depending if we get to go skiing or not (doesn't look so good atm).
I'm going to apply for a new credit card before end of this month and hope I can transfer virgin balance onto it, then everything would be back to 0% and life would be easy. If not, it'll be just the same as now so no big deal.

You're still making progress which is great Tirl. Hope you get another 0% deal.

Are you very tired from commuting? You don't seem to post much any more. Are you ok?

I'm fine thanks SH. Just don't feel I have much to say most of the time. Not leading a very exciting life atm. ;)
Commuting is fine though it is a bit tiring, especially the start of the week. Long day on Monday and Tuesday and I usually do that with cycle and train, then rest of the week on the motorbike. Trying to take a flexi day off every two weeks which helps. Just trying to plan something for my birthday weekend. I want to go walking/camping somewhere.

Just applied for the lloyds cc, fingers crossed! If it doesn't work out it back to status quo but if I do get it, life will be sweet!

Hope you get the card - I would have thought you would - its not like you are looking for huge balance transfers.....

Flexi-time off regularly sounds a good solution to the commute.

Hope you manage to plan something nice for your birthday too. Life feels so busy sometimes doesn't it! I felt in the summer like my life was on pause - and now I'm back at work it feels like I am on fast forward again!

Thankfully BF hassled me enough to send off my cashback claim for my mobile in time and it's just been approved. First £21.65 coming back my way in around 28days! :)
