    Thank you HMO... off to start cutting the wadding out

    Making the glasses case cos finding I am needing my glasses more and more these days but cant see with them on so its always in my hand or on my head and I do look daft when I do that cos of the sunglasses already on my head:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    I am determined to lose weight!:kisses3:
    Weight loss so far 2 stones 6lbs!! :j:j

    irishgirl, you could try using some spray mount.? Its repositional adhesive, so it could keep the wadding in place for you to sew it? I have heard of quilters using it I am sure. I am using it for my slice machine.
    Not that I have had enough time to do much of that so far. But in the new craft room.........

    Got side tracked and made a completely different dress this morning!!!:rotfl: I made a maxi dress!! it is finished, I am just waiting on one of the kids to come home to pin the straps on the back of the dress while its on me .... got to go out for a couple of hours then start on the original dress i had planned to make today and the glasses case. Going to the auction tonight have my eye on a sewing box!... oooh there is just not enough hours in the day for me!

    Never thought of craft stuff at an auction! Mind you Ihave no idea where we have an auction house near here. Now I will have to google that!

    ive made the last caddy tonight that i cut out the other day, and also made a bag from some ikea fabric ive had for a while.

    i used a decorative stitch as a top stitch where the plain joins the stripe but you cannot see it in the photo

    The buttercup bag is lovely :D I love the stripe fabric :T
    I have had 3 requests for the bags Ive been making (my daughter and 2 cousins lol) I have cut 2 out just got to put them together quick as Im away to Norfolk for the wkend (going home :D)
    Getting myself sorted 1 day/1thing at a time :) and Love sewing :)

    thank you, you are going to be busy, the stripe bag was supposed to be for my dd but not sure she likes it now:)
