Whenever I was a duvet cover, sheet and pillow cases, they all always end up inside the duvet cover when they come out of the washing machine anyway ;)

do the fasteners up, and then use some large safety pins to secure them as well.!

I have just dragged my desk into the new "craft room" and moved the table, and a few other bits and pieces. Which was a bit difficult for me becuase of my problems but I was so determind and bloody minded that I wanted to do it!. now of course I am suffering, and about to go and have as deep a bath as I possibly can! then heat pads out and to the ready!.:o

Take care of yourself Mooloo, though it must be fun having a room you can leave your crafting out and about, rather than tidying up all the time!

Still not qulted my patchwork pot holder...seem to be so busy with lots of other things. I would love to get it done soon...possibly tomorrow inbetween my split shifts at work. Much more likely to get the machine out in the evening when I get back...we'll see.

Lovely pieces of work everyone, and congrats to those managing to sell some of their creations.
:T Who knows, I may have a go too...got to make things first though!!

wow i love them, what a fab idea. at first i thought they would be brill in a pink polka dot fabric for my dd bedroom, then i thought oh also i could make some nice ones for the babies nursery to put on the shelfs then i thought well while i'm doing some, a couple in a dinosaur fabric would be fab for the boys bedroom with some cars in for their garage.

i can see how these little box/bags could easily suit any room and get addictive. i love them

yes i love them too ive not made the third one yet, but can also see lots of uses for them, think they would also look good in our craft/sewing room and they are made from 12 x12 so not alot of fabric required.

maybe in a babies room plain with applique on?

The Sew Hip mag is great for levels of sewing and has lots of great items to make :D
There is tutorials on here for the tubs too if you can't get a mag (but well worth getting)

Hart :T Thanks for the welcome and the link, I have saved it in my favourites, will certainly have a go at making one sometime.

I did German at school and hated it, despite being top of my year every year and I did French to A-level. But like you, I've forgotten most of it. I have a few novels in French that I keep meaning to read but never get round to.

I can also say 'Go f**k yourself' and 'Okay' in Greek
    :D

Nice one! Could come in handy!! x:T

Of course, I never actually was a duvet cover. On the other hand, I do wash duvet covers... ;)

sharon, not all wadding is fusable, it shouldnt matter though just pin it well, the fusable just helps it to saty put whilst sewing
