It's not the best picture of her, but it's only one of two with her with the hat on. Hehe...
  • loving all the piccies! Just home from a long day and trying to sum the energy to do some cutting...just got a new blade and a bit of new fabric (well 2 metres!!) will upload piccy of my neat piles of chopping 2 1/2 inch squares! Twas rather delicious fabric I must say and I tried to breathe when the till settled!
As for freeby fabric depends on what it is ...can you work out what the comp job would have been (ie 50 squid to just step through the door at pc world!!) vs the amount the fabric costs - ie delcious moda is about 12 a metre...and just take a reasonable amount? have to say I am a teeny weeny bit jealous but I do have a friend who lets me stroke her wool!!
Love that bowl!! What a great idea and v pretty; as are the hat and girlie dress!

  • Hi All

I've not been posting for a week, you lot have been so busy! There are loads of great new makes so I'm not going to go through each one.

I've not been sewing, but hope to start making a couple of shirred toddler dresses for my dd next week. Haven t tried shirring yet so this will be interesting!

Hart ~ I hope you are still on the mend and can sew again soon.

Pootle ~ Great idea for a new thread, off to check it out now.:)

    Hi
I just inherited an old Singer C1915. I Rescued it from going to the rubbish tip!

Does anyone have one or know anything about them?

I know very little about sewing machines so I'll have a look online for a manual but as far as I can see it all moves where it should. I would like to give it a good clean up.
