Ive sort of set up a page, and have gone onto some blogs to follow, and says ive done it, but then when i click on my dashboard and under blogs im following, it says "you are not currently following any blogs"... did you guys just muddle your way through setting one up? I feel so out of the loop with all this blogging malarky!

I only set my blog up just before Christmas so very new as well Nat. Are you using Blogger for your blog? I am using this one and when I want to follow someone it comes up asking me what I want to follow them with and I chose Google Account and then it asks me to log in with my log in details. I have found though that when I follow someone it puts my own name on their page instead my username and doesnt matter how many times I have tried to alter this I cant seem to do it. Doesnt really matter but just means that some people wouldnt know it was me following them.

Hope you get it sorted out soon, just keep trying and dont forget to add it as your home page to this site so we can go and have a look and follow you too, Rufus xx

Aww thanks rufusdogs52! My first follower! Im afraid there is nothing to follow at the moment though! hahaha. Ive only put my first post on today, ill put some pics on this weekend hopefully - if i can work it out! Hey, youve done brill then if you only started just before christmas! Well done you : )

Natc, I checked out your blog, looks good to me, got all the bits I would expect, followers, archive, about me. If you go into Design on the Blogger Dashboard, you can move them around and change the order if you want. I've recently downloaded Live Writer which I found easier for formatting the post, i.e. changing font, postions of pictures, etc. It also seemed faster at uploading photos than Blogger, (I've threatened to throw the pc out the window before now!) you might find it useful. I've only used it a couple of time but as its a MS product its more familiar than Blogger so easier to start. I set mine up just over 12 months ago so I'm no expert by any means but check it out and if you have anything you are stuck on we'll help you out!

I don't tend to follow blogs because I use Google Reader to get updates on the blogs I read, I only follow them if I have to enter a giveaway!!!
