I became a grannie for the second time in September. I made this taggie for Isobel, it's about 12" square plus the ribbons.
A girl I work with asked for a blanket, so I made a bigger version for her wee boy. The cream fleece was awful to work with - stretched out of shape terribly and left me with about 2" at the end of each seam!
(ignore the unhemmed sewing room curtains - who wants to hem curtains when you can be making nice things?

Hi everybody. I am new to this site in posting but not in reading. I have been following this thread for soem months now after seeing it on another forum.
I am Sharon, I am a SAHM to two children and spend all my waking moments sewing things on ,my sewing machine.
I have opened a Folksy shop but I seem to sell more through my blog actually LOL. I like to make things to order for people. Their specifications, colours, personalisations etc. These photos below are just a few in my folksy shop, you get the general idea LOL.
I am just about to start on some Christmas stockings for my family first, then I want to make some for my Folksy shop. I'm loving all the things everybody has made on this thread.
I have an unfinished quilt to complete and am reading the posts about the quilts as I am a total novice at making quilts.
I have been busy making loads and loads of corner page bookmarks out of my scrap Cath Kidston fabric. I will take some photos of them over the weekend to add to this thread for feedback.
Lovely to meet you all.
Sharon x
Edited to add: I just realised I can't post photos yet so I'd better get chatting instead

Hi again and thank you for the welcome.
I would like to show you some things I have made but even though I have a flickr account, I can't work out whether I am doing something wrong or do I have to make X amount of posts before posting photos??
I can't find any info on the amount of posts before photos.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Many thanks.0 -
