Not sure if anyone ever used this company but looks like they have quite a good range of fabrics (and they stock my favourite - Michael Miller - yummy!)

I have used them Pootle they delivered fast and have some lovely fabrics x

Hart if you win the lottery will you share with me so iu can give up my job too :D

Georgia love the mouse do you have any instructions?

i have had no time for sewing recently as it was my brothers wedding on saturday so i have spent weeks making place cards, favour boxes, ribbon decor for the church ribbon rose hair slides for the flower girls etc etc . I have made this doorstop though using some fabric i received from Danables when we did the fabric swap.

  • Here is my second attempt at a doorstop.

Firstly in situ - note door being held open!

I've used fabrics to coordinate with the decor.

Oh, and my daughter's claimed the owl.

Dizzytina, I have got instructions for the mice. I'll see if I can find out how to put a link.
    Love your doorstop btw.

They are BRILLIANT, love them. I like the bit of cheese you added just right for some hungry mice! I like the way you have incorporated them into the door stop.
I don't blame your daughter for wanting the owl....he had a cheeky look about him :0)

awwwww that's sooooo cute = what have you got inside it a brick - looks the right size and shape - lol!! Its fantastic!
  • Yeah, it has got a brick in it. We've got thousands of them outside so I might as well put one to good use :D
  • This is the pattern I used. The ears are made from felt but I wanted to do mine with contrasting insides so I cut them a bit bigger to allow for turning.
