Princesspoppy - Im the same, I cant wait for the snow to go as I need supplies!
Im planning on making some bits but desperately need fleece and sheets and ribbons, I just can't wait to make Stardrops blankets! My SIL is due early February so I need to get out and get some.
I think I might just brave the elements tomorrow to find some.
I know I can get some online, but I am so impatient that I want it now, and besides I need to see it and feel it to be sure IYKWIM.

I am quite an experienced sewer but really now its lack of time that stops me doing all the projects that I want, one thing that I am trying to do is be really organised with presents both birthdays and Christmas, one thing that I would like to make for some friends at work are some re-useable shopping bags that fold into a small holder attached to a keyring, want to make them out of the nylon type fabric that are used for some of these bags ( my boys bought me a Disney store one for CHristmas and I would really like to make something similar) but what is the fabric called, its not normal nylon/polyester any ideas!

Thats exactly what I`m like, Ive waited nearly 2 weeks for some buttons I ordered online and could have got them immediately if the stupid snow wasn`t in the way and I could have got into town.

The other thing to consider of course is that you would need to be registered self employed to trade legally at craft fairs, even on a very small scale. You might also need craft insurance to cover the liabilities of your products should anything go wrong - a lot of venues are now insisting on this!

It's a lot of hassle to go to for selling a few items at a fair but personally I don't think it's worth the risk to not do it properly. Have you considered setting up a website and selling on etsy etc.? Selling more might make it more worthwhile?
