wow love your bags. i love the first one and the patchwork purple one and the last one. do you have patterns for these or did you just adapt other paterns and wing it a bit ?

Your very clever. I was gonna make the sock monkeys couple of xmas ago. bought the socks and my dd found them loved them and wore them without me noticing until she had worn them for the whole day, lol. it is still on my to do list. which gets longer by the day every time i log on here.

Inspiration struck this week with a make over project for my bathroom....I made curtains and bunting for the window - here and then went on to tinker with the left over fabric and came up with this to use as a doorstop.

I'm very pleased with the results :j (although typically when hemming

They are great! i never thought of bunting inside other than for parties... humm idea forming! thanks!

Great day sewing today, one dress complete except for the hem and the zip, one dress cut out and a rag doll that has been hanging around for weeks got finished in less than ten minutes when I finally sat down and did it. I am enjoying sewing so much at the minute, there just isn't enough time. I bought a lot of fabric whilst traveling and it needs making up before I have to set up my own shop to get rid of the stash.

tootallulah, i would like to make a dolly
a bit of a noobie though
is there something you could suggest as a starting point please?

its not for a child, so safety doesnt need to be an issue (eyes etc)
i just want to make one:D
