Quick question re sewing machines.
If I sew anything other than cotton, the material snarls up in the feed dogs.
I have setting for stitch length and width, and foot pressure.
Which should I alter, and which way?Jack of all trades ... Master of none

After the bathroom revamp I thought I'd crack on with this . It's been a labour of love for the past year and there's only so much I can do before I pack it all away again for a few weeks.

As mentioned earlier I have been making cushions this weekend from re-cycled jeans, it seems everything I have planned for this week is Cath Kidsonish in some way, these I made from the CK Sew book with CK Cotton Duck and old jeans:

that cushion is excellent.
my sewing machine doesn't do zig zags but as it a heir loom i don't want to replace it, so might have to borrow my mil so i can make something gorgeous like that.0 -
