Danables they are all lovely. Think I have ordered Tilda book from Amazon, can't wait to see what is in it. The bag is lovely they are the kind of handle I salvaged of a cheap bag I bought from the thrift shop.Mortgage

With the sandwhich bag would it not be better to have it sealed? Maybe with Velco across the top? To stop the sandwhiches drying out?
Just a thought?
Yes it probably would but I just used what I had in the house, a bit of fun really;) I have seen some made with velcro and some made with buttons. With regard to the lining, I read that certain plastics weren't food safe and people were concerned so someone suggested using the inside of a cereal packet and believe it or not it is remarkably strong not to mention cheap!
Danables I love the things you've made, beautiful:TFeb GC £80 per week (Well I'm gunna try:whistle:)

thankyou everybody- Stardrops great idea using the lining of a cereal pack. Very imaginative-You could slip in one of those cool pad things between the material and the lining to keep whatever is in side cool aswell.
I would love something like that for my daughters snack she takes to pre school every day- plastic bags just get thrown out but if I had something like that to hold her apple in and sewed her name on to it then I might stand a chance of getting it back to reuse!. Im forever using sandwich bags and they throw them out even when i write "please return" on the front. It would be handy if it was wipeable all over too.0 -

Almond- the pics I have posted are all from the homestyle book apart from the sheep and the goose.
yes I did enjoy making them Kandipandi they were all easy apart from the bag which I found confusing because of the instructions in the book, but then once Id found alternative instructions on the net, and thanks to the people on here it all became clear:-)0 -
