Sewing bits and bobs might help to take your mind of things, it does with me, when I'm concentrating on what I'm doing (usually with my tongue sticking out) even for a little while I forget everything else.You can stand there and agonize........

Kandipandi, i completely agree, sewing is a very good form of therapy. (and i stick my tounge out too, much to my OH's amusement.)

When I make quilts for my grandchildren I always turn them into quillows by adding the pocket on the back. That way they can use them in the car, on holidays, sleepovers etc.
