Yes the toiletry bag is gorgeous Hmo, well done.

I went to my local fabric shop yesterday as she owed me a metre of fabric, bought a nice one with tape measures on it, going to use it to try to make something to keep sewing bits in. The last one I made turned out to be a bit of a disaster but I have one on my Pininterest board that I like the look of.

Very excited:j My order from Cheapfabrics.co.uk has arrived. Two of the fabrics are fabulous, however one is just awfull, the colour bares no resemblance to the picture on the website. I have contacted them via email, so hopefully can sort something out.

I'm off into Leicester to look for zips and things and maybe get some more fabric from the market.

Well I made a lovely heart with the help of hmo. I hung it in the lounge and went out for a while. I take it that hubby didn't like it and has thrown it In the bin
I'm trying so hard to be thrifty, but it doesn't come naturally. You lot are an inspiration!

OMG Winnie, how rude lol. I made some hearts a few years ago to sell and I liked one of them so hung it on the door handle to my sewing room and that kept disappearing into the bin. Got my own back by putting something of his in the bin, cant remember what it was but made sure it stuck out the top so he could spot it a mile off.
