    I got the idea off something on my pininterest page then made it up myself. Just cut out two rectangles big enough to hold the scissors in the middle, rounded off the corners, then made pockets to fit everywhere and sewed a bit of ribbon over the rough edges of the pockets. There is a narrow piece of ribbon sewn to the bottom of one side to hold the spools with a button sewn to the top. Added a layer of wadding then put the outside bit underneath and sewed bias binding to the outer edge. Finally added a large popper to close it. If you get stuck just pm me and I will try to help xx

    I bought some navy blue lace from Leicester Market on Saturday (£6pm). Using a easy Burda pattern I made a lace top. I customised the pattern slightly. The fabric was a bit of a pain to work with though. I had to tack all seams with a double row of stitches before machining.

    I think it looks fab.
