  • Umm, I was a little warey. It says you can pay by paypal, so I was going to choose that and should anything arise they are normally quite good with refunds.

Most sites don't have great return policeys. The big ones even try to deny the existance of the distance selling regulations so I'm always quite careful when I buy.

I have a very nice corset already but was a little lost where I would get the skirt to match, and must admit, i'm planning on living out my dark side and having some fun with the outfit so kinda want something thats just right.

I will have a hunt round the charity shops though to see if I can spot something. Just a matter of having the time.
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

    Hi Ladies,

I would like to spruce up a plain cushion. I'd like to stencil some letters on it, please could you tell me the type of paint or transfers I need?

I've seen some lovely cushions on Next site and would like to duplicate it.

    Thank you

I think it's a matter of finding the style. Victorian/goth is very much sought after by the looks of it. Quite a niche market and therefor anything that fits the bill gets a good price. Having a nosy now.

I've used Dylon fabric paints before. Follow instructions to the letter - especially the ironing after painting part. I used on t-shirts and they lasted about 10 washes before they started to fade so I think for cushions which are washed infrequently they might be ideal.

Hi everyone, Has anyone tried making their own luggage tags? I´ve looked at some stuff on internet, but not that impressed.

Does it have to be sewn fabric?

I wonder if you could adapt the duct tape wallet design to make the luggage tags.

You could cut out fabric letters, iron on some interfacing for strength, and stitch around each letter (maybe in a fancy stitch). Otherwise, good quality fabric paints or pens.

Fabric ...have you seen duct tape clothing?

  • Yep it looks stiff, uncomfortable and completely unwearable.
