Love the hearts HMO. Similar to the ones I did. Except mine were all the same size. Easy to do, but so pleasing too.
Hope it cheers the office up.When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
Lovely hearts HMO xx0

Love the hearts hmo...I made a few and filled with lavender at Christmas...might make a few again sometime. Love the idea of making different sizes.
I am shattered, but I have finally finished the pictures!! The one I showed earlier this week has been posted to my brother. The other two have been given to my friends today, they really like them (thank goodness!). Here they are:
They are on stretched canvases 20 x8 inches, and my first attempt at free motion quilting, other than the bag I made at the free-motion workshop. Really pleased with them.
My friend like irises and the boat is her husband's dingy Mimi. Again I used some of my dyed fabrics. Now I have loads of ideas for making other ones...think I'll take a break for a bit though...my fingers and sewing machine need a bit of a rest!!
It's amazing how much thread you use when quilting...I used almost a whole 100m reel on the Irises' background!!:eek: I was worried I would have to use another green, but thankfully there was just enough
Think I will take the night off and watch a DVD....might even do some knitting for a change...DH could do with his new jumper getting finished!
Have a lovely Easter everyone xxx
