So i have been doing a little bit of Easter sewing.....bags for the eggs collected on the egg hunts. I made the pattern up as i went along and made 4 all with differnet pictures/colours etc. I will post them all on my blog when i get a minute

Kiess; Never been to L*th show (even tho DH sometimes does outside work there!!) T*urso school host an art exhibition in the summer as well, which is usually well attended.To wet to do any sowing of seeds :0(

Lesley, I love the taggy and the sock monkey. How do you get your stuffing so even? I made some before but they came out a bit lumpy. I want to make some more for presents for this Christmas and would love to the them nice and even like you have xx

Picked up the fabric from my sister's. Blimey, even I was surprised as to how much there was. I am going up to sort it out later so will take a photo to show you. The bags were not black sacks but more like people sized bags lol. We could only fit two in the boot whole, had to take the fabric out of another bag and stuff it in the spaces, then had the third bag on one of the seats in the back of the car next to my sister. OH struggled to lift them up stairs to my sewing room. I have had a quick peep and there are lots of pieces that I am hoping I can use to make myself some clothes like jackets and trousers.

Roofus, not sure really how I manage to get the stuffing smooth, I just mess about with it really, I don't just stuff and run!!:D I sort of roll it and smooth it!

Lots of nice makes on here, love seeing all the inspirational pictures. Will try and get some pictures up soon of what I've been making, made another cushion cover.

Although I got my machine for christmas I haven't really had a chance to use it, it doesn't help that I haven't found any fabric I like! So i'm on a mission this evening to find something nice

Here's todays project, a cushion for my little lady with a fabric flower. It was my first attempt at a flower and i cannot believe how easy it was...why have i never done these before
