Anyway, if you sign up to their mailing list they send you a free pattern for a cute bear.

They send you the patterns via email - same with the ones you buy then you can print out and make a start immediately. I dont think they need resizing either. You can order printed copies for some, if not all of them too. HTH someone!
These are gorgeous Thanks for the link Have subscribed and got the free bear pattern Used to make soft toys years ago and really enjoyed it.0 -
They are really cute arent they? I like the dolls too but only have boys to make for. From all accounts (reading reviews) they are simple to make too. I have made clothes and bags but no toys as yet so am looking forward to trying these out!0

I wonder if anyone can give me any ideas - I just bought my first sewing machine this week, nothing fancy a Beldray from Argos for £45 and sewn together a couple of draught excluders from myself and a friend, but now I not know what to sew, mind is blank. Obviously I want to do just easy things to start with, at 55 its a long time since I cut out and made any clothes for myself, which I did as a teenager and sewed together on grandmothers treadle machine. I have just ordered a couple of blind kits as could not find roller blinds to fit bathroom and side window ( 3/4 of way up the stairs on side of house) so any tips on making them would be great or any other easy projects anyone can recommend, plus sites with patterns, free of course
))))))

Now that is a great idea - not for my mum, she sadly passed 4 years ago but for me, I have been looking round for an apron with a pocket and not found one, and I remember actually making one by hand in primary school, so now can have a go with my new machine, now just to dig out something to make it with.
Thanks for the idea:jNeed to get back to getting finances under control now kin kid at uni as savings are zilch
