Woohoo, have had a right old declutter today. Double cupboard full of carp including seven years worth of paperwork, the one I was most dreading out of them all. It's taken me three hours but now I have a full-stuffed-to-the-brim carrier bag of paperwork awaiting shredding, loads of paper gone in recycling and a small bag of things to keep which have been transferred into an expanding wallet thing. Cupboard also washed out. Cupboard now has lots of space in it! God, I've got such a buzz from it.Start Date: 27/11/2010
Padding: Day 42
Target £8000
Amount: £562.230 -
Today I've decluttered the pens, pencils, felt tips, general detritus on my desk  I've gone from 3 pots of stuff to just 2 :T
I started on the cupboards in the sitting room - 2 have been done, and I've rediscovered nice clock to go in the dining room :T

Glad we all seem to be getting on so well.
Posting here is really inspiring me to find things to get rid of.
IN
Post - mostly junk for recycling but also included £4.00 of Luncheon Vouchers from Pinecone
Newspaper - always buy one on a Saturday for the tv mag. Paper to be recyled when read.
OUT
Jar of moisturiser finished. Jar recyled and replaced with one from the hoard
Empty perfume bottle recycled
Old medicines returned to chemist for disposal
Last weeks tv mag recyled
PENDING
4 more books added to those waiting to be taken to charity recycling bin
1 travel book listed on Green metropolis
Hopefully will find something else tomorrow0 -
Well done floozie, PP and Tudor Rose!
My next job is the mug cupboard. Kids are using a new cup/beaker every time they want a drink. Not any more! After tomorrow they can have a cup each!
Keep up the good work everyone! :T0 -
Hi All
I've been for a free day at a local hotel gym - gym/swim/sauna/jacuzzi...heavenso not done a lot, but did manage this morning to clear a box from hallway. It had 8 mirrors in it, so packaging has all gone to recycling and mirrors are on kitchen bench ready to be hung (hopefully tomorrow). Hallway looking slightly better - just need to find a place for the new garden table and chairs I bought in the summer sales to completely clear it
In: Newspaper (freebie from hotel reception), pile of leaflets from hotel gym (will recycle once read), new boots for DS, and junk mail (straight in recycling).
Keep up the good work everyone :beer:GOD BLESS DURAN DURAN
