Today we did the car boot sale which we had been planning for with all the decluttered stuff. Got rid of loads of it and made £115 so very pleased. It has inspired me to go around the house again next month and stash more stuff away to sell in the autumn. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

Yesterday and Today

My decluttering progress over the last few days ...
1 pack of slightly out-of-date chestnuts from the top shelf of the kitchen cupboard - cooked and eaten!
6 empty boxes from shed into recycling bin which will be emptied in the morning.
4 more magazines read and into recycling bin.
Running totals for the month: General 42, Paper Mountain 49.
I managed to sort through more of my clothes today but nothing to go - 4 pairs of summer pyjamas which I was convinced would be too small (I've put weight on recently which is a good thing) do actually fit which is great news as I won't have to replace them.Decluttering Awards: 🏅🏅0 -

Morning everyone - back again. Seemed to have lost it a bit over the last week - but not really. Have decluttered house we're about to move into. Took books and table & chairs to the charity shop, and now am back in my rented house (until kids finish school) have to get back to it here. If rain holds off then I'll be mowing the lawn shortly and seeing if I have any veg left after a few days away. Aiming to bring nothing into the house (for 6 weeks) except food and the two dogs from kennels.Me, OH, grown DS, (other DS left home) and Mum (coming up 80!). Considering foster parenting. Hints and tips on saving £ always well received. Xx
March 1st week £80 includes a new dog bed though £63 was food etc for the week.0 -
Good decluttering day today! Nothing in, and this little lot out:
