  • Hi - just dropping in quickly so that you can smell that gorgeous pot of HM soup that is brewing at the moment. Chicken stock (so thats 2 people x 4 meals from one free range organic chicky) and loads of veg. Will make wonderful cornbread scones to go with it! Mmmm doesnt it smell good?
    And
    OUT: negative self worth thoughts
cardboard box (why did OH empty it but leave the box in the sitting room?)
    Another 1 lb (YES!!!!)
    IN: feeling good about ME
    4 eggs from the girlies
Have a good day - I am now off to go through my clothes and get rid of all the fusty, fuddy duddy, baggy and way too big stuff (so if I put the lbs back on I will have to go about naked and therefore be shamed into getting control again)

I have thrown out 2 black sacks of general rubbish today. I also have, sitting in my kitchen, 9 carrier bags of recycling to take to the tip later. I can't wait to get our new recycling bins as I don't have one at all. They are going to recycle loads and will pick up everything. Food will be composted and they'll take plastic from the kerbside too. I'm very happy!
We have big fat sleet here- not good.
Megs mum, soup smells delicious, shall I come round for lunch? Lol!

Sunny Dunny you are lucky that he goes on his own, my hubby will come to the car boot's with me (hates them really) he is hopeless with the prices and will ask me how much for this tool, electrical item, decorating set  . Kaz2904 - I was in a pub in Camden watching some friends' bands. I should really know by now, never leave anything unattended in Camden even if it is for five minutes

Debidoodle - it really does. I could understand if someone was homeless/broke and could not afford a coat but this person went to a pub and more than likely bought some beers so they obviously had money
