After a marathon declutter over the last few days I took the pending charity bags to the charity shop. :A My sense of achievement was short lived because while in the shop I bought - a picnic rucsac (with NO straps) & an inflatable guitar - I have no idea why I bought them - it was like a mist came over me. Perhaps it was the excitement of being in a charity shop after trying to avoid them recently. It's an illness really... _pale_ SO:
IN
Useless picnic rucsac
Inflatable guitar (also pretty useless)
new sponge
Cat stickers for DS
2 Jackie Chan DVDs ordered for DS
OUT
2 Bags of stuff to charity shop
magazine to friend
Pending out
Useless picnic rucsac back to charity shop (I can barely look at it - it's become a symbol of my own stupidity)Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.

Can I join you please? I have been reading this thread for the past few days and can only say thank you all for getting me motivated to sort my clutter. I don't think that my house is too bad but my DD would not agree with me :rotfl:
My goal is to be clutter-free by the end of June. If any of you think that 6 months is a bit of a soft target I can only say that you haven't seen the state of my garage:eek:
