Oh dear, I know what you'll think of me; but I iron everything - tea towels (starched), knickers the lot! I can't stand it pilling up so I try to clear it every day. Wonder if part of the 'problem' is you need a new iron? Doesn't it dry out if you have it in baskets? I hang my washing over a pulley overnight so it doesn't get too crumpled. Very best wishes anyway....0

Himself bought me a new iron (took a deep breath when that came home) but in all honesty it does help. You can get sprays and things that dampen it up for you too, they may help? My mother was brilliant she used to be able to iron a shirt and fold it up like it was brand new (I never learned that one)...........I have a bit of a 'thing' about linen cupboards, I lust after one......oh dear better go make the dinner before I tell you all about my stationery fixation too....0

Surely the key is to have one basket and do it when it is full?0
