typical! - is that where there was an issue with the butcher a couple of years ago - know it was down your way somewhere.

Yeah! But it wasn't the butcher as everyone thinks it was poor hygeine in the cafe or premises holding the party. But ever since then the have seriously upped the restrictions and red tape. Where are you?

hi i'm up in Angus, had no problems but i was well prepared for when they came - stencil for keeping records of all ingredients used with batch codes and best before and suppliers etc, had been in touch with the food standards agency and got all their literature, had a seperate cupboard all set up for baking stuff, assured her no cream cakes ( dont trust the venues etc ), and went through my cleaning routine before i start baking, wash down worktop, warm soapy water, then use dettox or whatever and never use cloths only kitchen roll, try again and see where it goes then appeal stating your being penalised for some one elses errors

If you go to vistaprint, put your email in to join their newsletter, wait a few days and they will start sending you emails offering you free business cards, leaflets, everything! ;) Then just pay p&p. I've never paid more than p&p at Vistaprint and i've had loads of things from there over the years. I'm going to get all my stationery from there once i've got my logo designed.
 Think happy & you'll be happy
