It's great news about your DH too, if not a little annoying that men seem to loose any excess without having to try, my DH has lost about the same as me this month just by generally healthier meals grrrr. (I'm pleased for him really as I have caught him patting his tummy in the mirror recently lol!)

What happens this week, do we all do a final weigh in on 31st?

I just stick to my weekly weigh ins on Fridays and the last Friday of the month is my last one of the month. Works out quite handily this month

Sorry I have been MIA folks my computer has been playing silly beggars (and it appears to have all the pieces )

My week has been ..... odd, meals out because of various reasons (not least a funeral yesterday) - but Dr Dragon and I are back on track now and I hope for a good final weight tomorrow

Off to update the first post and then to set up next month's challenge

I'm going to stick to Monday as it's my weigh in day and happens to be the 1st, so that weight will be my starting weight for February and any loss (:rotfl:) will count towards the January challenge

Hey guys, sorry not been on but i guess my new me is going to get bigger as im 8 weeks pregnant!!!! Im still going to focus on healthy eating and low excercise.xx

im still going to be healthy although i think ill head back after he/she hopefully is born, last time i lost 3 stone while preggars....think it was the lack of wine!!!
