I was all prepared to creep in in disgrace as I have only lost 1lb in January, but there are a few of us in the same boat.

Unfortunately, I have no excuse other than my own apathy.

Here is to a better FEbruary.

January has been of mixed fortunes I think! February gives us all a chance to knuckle down and get a few pounds off (allowing for a blip mid month :rotfl:)

Just been for a walk for about an hour and 20 mins (but it was really fast). So that's about 2 hours and 40 mins walking today. :beer:

Now off to make a tasty healthy veg stir fry.

I did eat some cheesecake earlier, so feel the need to atone for that. I'm over the disappointment of today's WI and am ready to face February!!

Hi. I forgot to weigh in on 1.2.10 so my final weight loss for Jan is 6lbs. Yipee! Off to find the Feb thread. Well done everyone! :j

I forgot to post my final month end weigh was 9 stone 8 pounds so another 1/4 pound to add to the total (every little helps!)

Now over to Feb...
