I'm down 2lbs so far this month out of 4lbs of Christmas gain I want to shift. Probably won't make all 4lbs in one month, I'm not being quite strict enough with myself to do that on beer, wine and chocolate intake to lose all 4 that quick. So long as it goes that will do me.0

That is what I thought too, but when looking at the website and putting in my frame, height, current weight and activity levels it said that I'd need to eat less than that to loose weight. Is there a definitive guide to how many calories to eat for your body type? I really want to loose weight properly with a healthy diet but am confused about the conflicting information out there.

If I make the half stone this month it will be scrapping through, but i'm going to do my best. TBH, I've done so well last couple of months I sort of understand if my body wants a break. Last week was good, so it might be slower this week.0

Yes please bramble, that would be great. Haven't ever been overweight before having DS and am soooo confused about all the different diets etc. Thought calorie counting seemed the most straightforward!

have had pizza 2 nights and today I forgot to take lunch to work with me, there is a small cafe accross road from my office and i ended up with chips from there at lunch, cant find anything else they do that I can eat(honestly) was meant to go to gym tonight but I have no energy(probably from eating so much junk during the week)
ww chicken korma for dinner tonight so hopefully that will be nice:o:oIn 2009 i finally gave up smoking Have been smoke free for 3 years!!!!!!

Sounds like you might be failing to plan? For me that's a disaster too. I think you need to plan so that if you eat pizza its because you want to, have planned for it making dietary adjustments preceding the pizza and planned exercise....and then you can enjoy it. Similarly with lunches.
