I know! I need one! I suppose i've not been too bad, i went for fruit instead of chocolate because i fancied something sweet at lunch...not feeling it this week though! Hopefully tomorrow i will feel better and you too!

We need a real time posting system so we can yell "No don't" at each other when the tempatation gets too strong.

I had a really bad week last week. That was last week. This week I have a clean slate and I'm hoping to eat better, Although the OH cooked supper and I still feel a little sick. I don't think baked spaghetti with cheese and mushrooms agrees with me. At least I don't feel the least bit like raiding that wretched tin of Roses!

So sorry to hear this - it's awful being awake at night in pain.

How have you managed to have so little to eat so far??? I've probably had twice that already!

    Packet of crisps for breakfast (I know, I know :o ) - 98 cals
Tuna butty for lunch (bread 120 cals, mini tin of tuna 60ish cals)

So I had loads left for the evening and had dinner, a bottle of cider and 2 meringues. Still think I'm under 1100 cals for the day though :)

I think... *goes off to check* ... yup, 5lbs at weigh in week 1, 2lbs at weigh in week 2. Could you change it to 7lbs so far please? Thanks!

Well, I dragged myself out for a 50-minute walk and feel great now!! :D That's me over 2 hours for the day. I haven't eaten TOO badly and I also did some resistance band exercises, so today has been ok overall.

bramble1, well done on choosing the fruit, see, you are doing great! Well done!

Amanita, that is such a good idea about the real time system... :)

lostinrates - how do you feel now and did you manage to eat your dinner?

Alexnikov, whoa, even your tuna butty is very low cal. I'm impressed!! Did you only have one slice of bread though?

Well done tara! You guys are all going great guns with the exercise routines. I feel ashamed that I haven't done anything regularly since the clocks went back! I am going swimming before work tomorrow though, I am. I will get up on time.

My sandwiches aren't normally that low cal, it's only because I forgot to take any marg or mayo to work with me (I'm so bad in the mornings!). It was two slices but of one of those smaller sized loaves so only 60 cals per slice. I love bread and am capable of eating enormous amounts without thinking twice about it, so I switched to the smaller loaves as a sort of compromise and after a little while I'm used to it and don't miss having the full sized slices.

I always want a big lunch, I don't mind having a smaller dinner as I've usually grazed all afternoon anyway! lol

Right, just finished my one slice of toast plus boiled egg, off to work now - catch you later!!

I did :D A brisk 25 lengths (first time I've swum in years so I'm quite chuffed with that) and then off to work. Now to make some porridge cos I'm absolutely starving! I've got soup and toast for lunch and then I'm round to my Dad's to watch the football this evening so he's doing dinner. No idea what I'm having but it'll be practically vegan so the cals won't be too high.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I'm ok Tara, its just a head cold, mainly nose/sinuses and a bit of a head ache. nd sneezing, which my cats hate!

I'm having computer problems again and might not log in if this machine goes out to be repaired AGAIN. I will still be staying on the challenge though, and will be dieting, alive and well. If I get to the end of the month with no joy on this machine I'll log on the other to complete challenge.

Also, in advance, I'm in again next month The Dragon :)
