Could you add my 2lb loss from last week please Dragon? :)

How's everyone getting on? I had a horrible day at work today and some really disappointing news but managed to resist the temptation to drown my sorrows in large amounts of sweets. On the plus side, I saw lots of the volunteers at work for the first time in a few months today and they kept telling me how good I was looking (along with some backhanded compliments from a few of them about fat I was before - you've got to laugh haven't you? They can't ever just be nice  )

Well you can lose the weight - they can't lose their personalities!!

Ignore them as LIR said they are just jealous ( but can be easier said than done!).

I totally agree, you should just smile sweetly and lap it up Alexnikov!!! Congrats on the loss - you too Amanita! :D

Dragon, why aren't you sleeping? xo

I slipped off the wagon (already, I hear you say!!!) by having a few Rolos just now... but I stopped and mentally slapped myself. They are now safely in the bin, I even took them out of the packet so they are all mixed in with the rubbish and I won't be tempted to retrieve them! I went for a 40-minute walk earlier so that makes almost 2 hours of walking today, and dinner was a healthy chicken, potatoes and mixed veg. So I haven't done tooo badly. Off to catch up on another couple of threads, do some squats and then to bed! Night all...
