Hi All
First Weigh-In today and I lost 4lbs - woohoo
Must try and embark on some form of exercise this week, what with sitting at a desk all day I really need something - do have a serious exercise allergy though!!
Did purchase 'Just Dance' for the Wii and had a good 1.5 hour session on that this week - let's hope the novelty doesn't wear off!0 -
1/2lb off for me this week. Happy with that as TOTM. Hoprfully I'll show a decent loss next week.0

Had a bad day food wise yesterday, must have eaten at least half a packet of choc chop cookies and some choccies :mad:. In my defence I had just had a very embarrassing and stressful afternoon with DS! We went on a nursery trip to our local Asda, with around 10 of his little nursery friends and 6 teacher's (whom we have only known for 4 day's). He walked like an angel on the way to asda, but turned into the devil child once inside! When he realised that he couldn't have his usual 'treat' (bad mum) he dropped to the floor and kicked and screamed and totally embarassed me til i was like a beetroot
. I ended up taking him outside, where he continued to lay on the floor and not budge. Luckily my friend came along and said all the 'right' things and got him to go back in ( well the foyer ) until all the other's were ready to go. Then he walked back like nothing had happened! I got home still feeling totally stressed and embarrassed and headed straight for the biscuits!!! :mad:
I have been good today though, so hopefully haven't done too much damage!
Finger's crossed! xx:money::money::money::money:

Hi everyone
I haven't been on here for a while but have just been reading back over the pages to catch up. Well done everyone on your losses.
I have to confess when I stood on the scales after new year I was so horrified with how much weight I had put on I decided I needed to do something quick and that I just didn't have the willpower to lose sooooo much weight on my own so I decided to join the Cambridge diet. I just wanted to let peeps know because I haven't posted my weight on here since I first joined and also wanted to say cheerio as I am going to see if they will have me over on the CD thread.
Thank you for letting me join and a big well done again for all the losses. Keep up the good work:beer:Nothing to report:p0
