    Hello to all.
should have fitted a revolving door at my house been non-stop callers today,
Sorry to hear your feeling rough dragon &LIR wish you both well soon.

Well i now have motivation to sort the fitness side of my diet out as i've been told im doing another charity hike in june, the group im involved in does the more extreme challenges like trailwalker, tough guy ect but this one is pushing it. seems we are doing the saints/smugglers way 100 mile circular walk, ...but the beast's idea is to walk it in three days!!!! sheer madness...as alot of it is over moorland, i suppose i could see it as training for the 3 Peaks challenge in september, i suppose if i dont try i wont know if it can be done....im sold :rotfl:

Keep the spirits up everyone, weigh in for us tomorrow coco, im not looking forward to this one at all

Hey I was just googling for how many caloris in lemsip ( Lemsip Max breatheasy, lemon and menthl for any one interested its the fist one I've had and its fabulous!) and people get SERIOUSLY worked up about it! I still don't know how many calories and have stopped looking....too much fury over people calorie counting and too much obcession from those counting. I'm going to guess. :)

Well each sachet weighs 7.2g and 6g of sugar is 23 calories so worst case it must be say 25 calories.

I never gave up sugar in my coffee and used to count it.

Have you lost say 4-7lbs a month for 2 to 3 months in a row?
If so and your feeling "drained" it might simply be your body needs a little break, might have hit a plateaux and you might benefit from bring up the calorie in take to maintain weight for a couples of weeks or so.
    Just a thought.
