Another 3 1/2 pounds lost this week :j I think that makes it 10 1/2 pounds so far this month, I'm quite shocked!

My pecs (do women even have pecs?) are killing me after swimming two days in a row though :rotfl:

    Well done mumofgirls :T

lir - have the leftovers for dinner today? Takeaway food usually tastes just as yummy the day after you've bought it.

I didn't want to have it tody, having sved myself the calories. As it happens, I left my plate covered in the kitchen and when I went down to put it in the fridge one of my cats had found it and revoved the cover. She' a spice freak, but I feel like a very bad cat-mother this morning...she seems happy enough though.

Actually, after that I had a shocking night, couldn't sleep till about 3am. Got up this morning and feel that what I want is mainly fruit and possibly a salad. :) Amazingly, even only hd one coffee this morning.

Thanks guys - i think it will next week - my cheque cleared today so can afford to be more regimented in my eating - last couple of weeks i've had to just eat what we've had left at home and it's not been the best. Food shopping tonight so going to get lots of yummy fruit and veg!!

Be warned: I am finding I simply cannot keep it fresh at home ATM, I don't know why. I'm also finding some stuff n the shops is not at its best before it comes home. I only buy fruit and veg three days at a time now. If you plan you meals in advance it will work out the same cost, but two/three trips a week to the shops. :o

Ooo good call - I've planned up to friday - but i'll buy veg to last till monday, it's a good excuse to go for a walk at lunch time if i need to go to supermarket to get something fresh in for dinner.

I'm looking forward to getting some grapes, grapefruit and pineapple the most - we've not had exotic fruit in a long time and i think thats why i'm finding it easier to reach for a cookie, more exotic stuff seems more exciting and interesting!
