    Morning all,
Its so great that we are doing so well!
I had some grand news yesterday :) the fitter's will be round in a couple of weeks to do my Oil central heating, to help cut the cost we are doing the ground work, Dad is coming round to mark up today and i will have to excavate a load of earth for a base foundations & pipework, with that much work the weight has gotta start to shift. and i did go for a short run yesterday. but on the flip side we went to the cinema(spur of the moment) last night and i did help DH eat a pack of maltesers...but i will change the subject and say Avatar is a really good film...lol

Food today is toast for breckie, soup for lunch, jacket pot & cheese/beans for tea. very basic but im halfway thru painting bathroom and hoping to get the hall done aswell today.
    Have a good day everyone

I'm feeling very positive this week! Had a lovely WW yoghurt for breakfast this morning, lunch is a Pastrami and Lettuce Sandwich with light mayo, low fat tortilla chips and a WW cake bar.

Not sure what to have for dinner, OH is having steak and chips, I'd prefere something healthier ...

I'm reporting a 1lb loss this week, I don't seem to be able to lose more than that each week so will just take it slowly and be happy with any loss :) Congrats to everyone else for the HUGE amount lost so far!

Well done! 1lb is really good, the slower you lose the weight the more likely you are to keep it off!!

Any joy with the job hunting coco? have you considered Bank nursing, its not for everyone but i find its great as i can pick and choose my hours

    Morning all :)

I've had intermittent PC probs this week and haven't been able to access the net, so just off to catch up on this thread. My quick update - I stayed the same this week which I was kind of expecting. I'm determined to post a loss next week to end January on a high note, so am going to try to stay really focussed this coming week, starting today :)

    Morning all

You haven't added to the 4 pound you lost jack that the main thing, and they say the slower you lose the weight the easier to keep it off, i've been having a read of the Cambridge diet thread since rolypud said she was having a bash at it, but i cant see how that would work long term.

Out of curiosity how is everyone going about losing there weight i know bramble and a few others are doing WW ( im sorta following the WW idea myself but more of a low fat & low sugar as DH is a diabetic) is anyone doing the more extreme diets like slimfast? and how do they find it

Todays (i love sundays) food was veggie sausage, egg &beans 2 toast for breckie, roast for dinner (sweet pots instead of normal roast pots) supper will be soup if DH wants it, i find my big sunday breckie and a roast is enough for me.
Tea break over id best get back to the painting.

    Have a great day everyone
