Don't let it get you down too much, i know how horrible it is to put all the effort in for the scales to be rude and not go down! But they will eventually! Sometimes it can take a shake up in your diet to do it, but keep at it hun!

That's great coco  i will weigh in later (i want to shave my leg's first :D it might make a difference!)

I've a manic day ahead with work, shopping and cleaning/ironing, im determined not to let that slip as i spent so long scrubbing the house thru....and i've gotta walk the rat dog (so much for family pet im the only one who walks her) so im shoveling toast down my neck for breckie as i type, lunch will be a cheese spread and apple sarnie, dinner is veg casserole, unless something inspires me in the supermarket.

Have a great day & and best of luck to those weighing in today
  • wd on all your weightlosses

i had a big of a bingy day yesterday got nothing really bad in but had a extra bowl cereal and ice cream which might be under my syns but haven't been counting.

i haven't been well all week but don't know if i'm ill or its cause of loss sugar my body starting to react (i was eating alot) got on my wii yesterday and it said i gain a pound don't think i deserve that other than yesterday i've been good but sw scales may weigh different and i have till sat so hopefully i will lose then.

have a good day all have u all got a target about u want to get to and/or have u got a special date/place to go to slim to.

its our first wedding annivasry in may and i've booked a hotel i'd like to be 2st lighter by then. my over all target is gonna be 9.5stone i think i was 14.6 when i started so 5 stone loss but taking it abit at a time want to get under 14 stone first so now need to lose 2 and that will give me my half stone award

sorry for rambling have a good day all

    Woo, well done coco!

Tori - I seem to have developed a habit of getting my hair cut the day before a weigh-in (I don't get it cut every week though, obviously!). I'm convinced it helps :rotfl:

tinkerbellsmum - I'm my best friend's bridesmaid on 28th May so I'm hoping to be somewhere approaching a size 14 by then. Currently an 18 (down from 22/24 in August) but I did fit into a size 16 top at the weekend, woop! Still haven't bought the flipping bridesmaid's dress yet though, she's the most relaxed bride ever! As for a final target  I don't think I'm ever destined to be skinny, nor do I want to be. Size 12 would do me just fine but I'll see how I feel when I get to size 14 and take it from there.

Well I haven't been posting, but I stood on the scales today and I seem to have lost about 4lbs. Haven't been feeling very well though, but I hope that's right :j

PMSL :rotfl: I'm so glad I'm not the only one :A

Hell, I even had 10 inches cut off my hair :rotfl: - ohhh, I've just realised, maybe that's why I appear to have lost weight? :o
