Hello, hope everyones still doing ok. It's a -1lb for me this week. not as much as i'd have liked but at least its coming off. think i need to watch portion sizes this week and try and fit in some gym time.
if anyone's feeling nice would they mind posting a typical days food - just so i can compare a bit and maybe get some new ideas ?0 -
Aarrrggghhh! I am really craving chocolate tonight. I've managed to resist so far and have stuck to healthy snacks, but it's so hard  I'm waiting for DD1 to get back home from a school trip so I can go to bed, which hopefully should take my mind off the chocolate.

They can't taste of anything, surely? 11 cals a portion though, cant be bad!
Has anyone else who's been watching it managed to get the food ranking thing right yet? I'm hopeless without being able to see labels. I was merrily thinking "oh, sponge cake isn't too bad" - 695 cals a slice :eek:Hello, hope everyones still doing ok. Well done Jen
I am very uninspired I'm afraid - breakfast is usually porridge (golden syrup Oatsosimple stuff) with soya milk. Lunch tends to be something involving bread (I use those mini sized loaves so it's 60 cals a slice) - tuna sandwich, something on toast, homemade soup and bread & butter etc. Dinner is usually just a smaller sized version of a normal meal, so curry & rice, casserole, grilled chicken & veg. Nothing fancy. Think I posted some more ideas further back in the thread if you want to hunt for my post.0 -
morning
Coco have you heard anything about the job yet?
Poshstock well done that must almost take us up to 5 stone so far as a group!
Sanity has finally returned to my house as the kids are finally back to school, so i have no excuse not to sort the exercise side of my diet out, can anyone recommend a good workout dvd for the days i cant run? im looking for something quite high impact as ive borrowed a few in the past and the exercise has been a bit gentle as im quite active day2day already.
Last nights stirfry was to much rabbit food for hubby (thought id be pushing it)
so we are back to more conventual (sp) English food, I love indian/chinese food but hubby wont entertain Pasta or rice, so food today is museli for breckie, hm carrot&leek soup for lunch, tea is stemed veg and garlic&herb quorn fillets
