hello all, just wanted to post in and say i haven't forgotten about the challenge..did some wii fit over the weekend, and some more of my sit up challenege, but no official weigh-in yet..will do starting weight this evening, and then WI in a week's time, but am feeling a little more confident as i have also challenged myself to 15 NSDs this month, which has forced me to make a packed lunch to take to work with me, instead of buying a supermarket sandwich at lunch, which should hopefully cut down on some unnecessary cals..well done to all who are making gd progress :)

    Hi everyone,

Sorry to hear about your dd Milann, I hope she makes a quick and full recovery.

Samace83, it's good to hear that your dh has got another job, even if it is temporary. Hopefully he will find something more permanent soon.

Tinkerbellsmum and Poshstock66 - Congratulations!! Your weight loss this week is amazing! :T

    Hi peeps :)
Poshstock - OH has found a temp job with an agency- not fantastic but it's money at the end of the week. and that's all that matters until I get paid at the end of the month :)
Felt guilty yesterday after my piggy day so I decided to blitz the diet yesterday and got myself sorted. I was so healthy it was unreal, the flat is spotless and I haven't done too bad today either :D figure I've had about 700 calories so have plenty for a nice healthy meal which will include fish for my Omega intake.....
On a completely separate note - does anyone know how long a re-presented cheque taks to clear?
    Hope everyone else is ok
    Sam x

Hi Sam, soo glad to hear that your OH has got a temp job, some people knock agencies, but if they can get you a temp job that earn's money then that's all that matter's - and it looks good on your cv, show's that your willing to work and probably do anything! My OH alway's signed up to as many as possible to give him a good chance of getting something, sometimes you can get a perm job after 3-6 months in some cases! Best of luck to him anyway!

Thanks ~saz~ and xxvickixx for the congrats :D

Everyone is doing so well this month, I love it :D

Sam, that's such good news about your OH.

piratefairy - it's amazing how much money you save when you stop buying lunches, bottles of pop etc. I stopped a year or two ago and the amount of money I used to fritter was unbelievable.
