    43lbs lost already, wow!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dragon, how are you today my dear?

I really want to WI today, shame about having no scales! Ah well, it gives me one more day to be restrained and the result might be better tomorrow!

    Off for brekkie now :D

I know - aren't we all doing well!

I'm doing okay - the first day of the dietitian's rules , so I set myself up a spreadsheet to run alongside my calorie count to make sure I stick to everything! (saving my treats for the weekend ;))

    Good luck tomorrow!

here to report my weightloss of 5.5lbs was amazed

    Brilliant, well done you! :T

I must get back into a proper routine now I'm back at work. It's my first day back today and it's been so mental that I've only just had a chance to make a drink. Breakfast didn't happen because I didn't get a chance to go and make it until 11am and as it was practically lunchtime I thought I might as well just wait

So, as I'm going to start swimming before work as from next week, I'm thinking banana before swimming and porridge when I get to work. And to make sure I actually have it and don't get sidetracked!

Well I was brave and tried the scales - 10st 11lb! Ouch worse even than I expected - my target is 9st 10 so I have some work to do.

Wow, some amazing weight losses reported, well done!!!

I'm going to check out the website suggested, but I do prefer my own as I can set it up using the brands etc that I use so I know the calories are right. Might see if I can nick some ideas though to make mine more snazzy!

    Hi peeps :)
Poshstock - OH has found a temp job with an agency- not fantastic but it's money at the end of the week. and that's all that matters until I get paid at the end of the month :)
Felt guilty yesterday after my piggy day so I decided to blitz the diet yesterday and got myself sorted. I was so healthy it was unreal, the flat is spotless and I haven't done too bad today either :D figure I've had about 700 calories so have plenty for a nice healthy meal which will include fish for my Omega intake.....
On a completely separate note - does anyone know how long a re-presented cheque taks to clear?
    Hope everyone else is ok
    Sam x
