    Why, thank you!

(I was interested though, and it does sound fascinating, but for me, eating less will do for now, I think!)

i feel like i'm letting the side down, i am writing everything down, both good and bad, and i start off well, but then i just fall through the will power floor. I'm hoping that i'm doing some good because i am eating less than before, i just need to get hardcore about it all.

I think today have been pretty successfull.... maybe too big a portion for dinner, but i should only be at the most 200cals over my daily taget, which for day 4 isn't the end of the world at all.

  • Everyone seems to being doing really.
Unfortunately I am still wading through xmas food and left overs but cutting down the portion sizes.
Keep up the good work x

hello everyone. day one for me and i think it went ok. had porridge for breakfast, small ham salad sandwhich and yoghurt for lunch and hm leek and potato soup for tea. for snacks i had a banana, pear, orange and 3 chocs out of the heros tin - i figured that allowing myself three was better than pigging half the tin in one night!!
my main problem is exercising - aim for the week is to go to the gym once (start small and hopefully suceed) :)
  • Had my first weigh in of 2010 and my starting weight is 216.5lbs! This was a bit of a shock as I'd always been the slimmer one of the family and now I weigh the most but on the plus side this will be the only time I see 216.5 on the scales the next time it will show less.

Missed breakfast unfortunately because wasn't feeling 100% this morning, although I did have a bottle of coke zero and an orange at work.....I usually have 2 bottles of full fat coke a day so cutting it down to a bottle of coke zero, then a can and then just water.

Had a healthy lunch of a salad roll, a muller rice and an apple and felt very full. Then for dinner have had a small portion of home made spaghetti bolognaise. Then have done a workout on a fitness game that DH bought for the Wii. Going to buy Clubland workout at the weekend as think that would be fun.

When my residents card comes through I'm going to book some classes too at the fitness centre - thinking aqua aerobics and spinning.
