day one has gone well so far. Had milky coffee (400 mls 1% fat milk) first thing.
HM veg soup and ham sandwich for lunch and vegetable pasta for tea. Just under 1000 cals so far and I'm allowed 1500. I'm just off in the bath with a large mug of tea to keep me full. Will have something to eat when I get out but it will be (perhaps that should be in capitals!!!) a controlled treat.
I haven't done any exercise today but am planning to do my video tomorrow as well as the walk to school and back twice which totals around 40 minutes-half of it up a steep hill.
So long as I can resist temptation this evening I'll be chuffed with my start.

Haven't been on here for ages, but with the start of a new year, would like to lose one and a half stone. So please could you include me Dragon? I'll start tomorrow. Even before Christmas I had got into the habit of eating really unhealthy rubbish, so I think my main thing is to start to learn a few good habits. Good luck everyone!

  • I'm trying to stick to 1500 cals a day-with the majority of that being as healthy as possible and a small amount for treats. I've found that this way works for me before because if I cant have treats now and again I tend to binge.
I am going to exercise 5 days out of 7. I'll be doing videos/dvds, walking and swimming.
coco1980 good luck with the interview.
