i think i've just found my reason to stop eating chocolate - i left a brown quality street wrapper in my white sports jacket pocket and put it in the washer :( the white jacket now has interesting brown marks across it :(

coco - if you want to get into making soups i'd suggest a slow cooker if you don't already have one. there are plenty of receipes on the old style board which might help.

Took the dog on two lovely long walks today, he's crashed out on the sofa now, spent rest of the afternoon doing housework - thats got to count as exercise!

Sorry it has taken me a while to welcome you Dreamer2010 and BuddingBlonde, you are both now on the opening post (there are now 63 of us making changes to our eating habits!)

Re soup - have you thought about getting the Covent Garden Soup Book from the libabry - some lovely recipes in there!

I overdid my kcals yesterday (I am allowed 2,450 and I consumed 2,855  this is unheard of for me!!), unfortunately both Dr Dragon and I have picked up a bug and I spend a lot of the night being ill :o and so far today I have managed to keep down 15 kcals in the form of a mug of tea
Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup :D
