ruth honey - i zoomed in on the photo link to your Banksy pic, and honestly cannot see any grid lines. ok i do need new glasses, but i know what i'm looking for. if you dont point it out, will anyone notice? (yes you'll know, but it'll be our secret, ok?)
i love the blue as it's bright and cheerful but think the wooden one actually suits the picture best, the blue almost distracts from it.sweetcarer wrote: »I felt exactly the same for our works night out - wee fat pudding in the corner - all the other women looking so glam in their wee dresses. both sound really nice. my hair is so thick and now reaches the small of my back again...
harumph that i can't get it trimmed before tomorow night. i rang the family member who always does it once a year but she's too busy. stupid me for leaving it too late. what a great time to get a whim that says "if i have a chunky fringe cut in then no-one will notice i'm fatter than last year"! :rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks all for the birthday wishes, it was much appreciatedI got some belated birthday money today and have decided to buy the clip frame that you all rave about. I normally use a hoop but since stretching the Lions in it, i'm a bit worried about doing it again.
EDIT: Just bought the 11"x11" frame for £11.19 deliveredCross Stitch Cafe Member No1WIP: Cross Stitch: - Crochet:0 -

I sent the sew and so link to my daughter when she asked what I'd like for Christmas, so hoping she's got me it for me. I currently use the 'grip and stitch' frame but it's not great for really large pieces.
There's a lot of people with hangovers in the office this morning, not me! So I've got the radio on loud and am doling out the nurofen :rotfl:Married 19th May 2011 to the love of my lifeCross Stitch Cafe Member Number 44CSC Challenge - to complete LEGS by end of December
