  • Hope you manage to get it finished in time.

Didn't know you'd bought the red crockery . Can't wait until you start that one i love it.

It's a lovely kit, there are a couple of bits that are stitched seperately and then attached, and the chickens are stitched over one thread instead of two so a bit of a challenge!

Just a little update to introduce you to baby Noah (booo a 2nd boy  how outnumbered do I feel!)

Welcome little Noah (aka tinywiggle):D Hope everythign is progressing smoothly. Don't worry about being outnumbered...I had OH and 2 sons before DD came along, but they all knew who was Bossv ;)
Does anyone know the answer to my question below? Do I have the right number of 'strands' for two strand metallic?

Looks like you have 4 there

Didn't make it to work again. Feel slightly panicy about it - I have no more holidays left, so don't know what they can do to me. Might try and find my christmas cards and write them.

    Kind wishes to all

    sweetcarer ;)

PS Nice to see piccy of baby Noah :)

PPS Now really worried - I have no water!

I think I might get the 3 issues - if it's better than the new revamped cross stitcher mag I might swop over. (sorry if your reading Cross stitch magazine person):o

At the bottom you can select which issue you want to start with, I have gone for the Jan issue.

Can I just add that when I did the trial subscription for this mag, I cancelled my Direct Debit online and yet they still took money from my account (Mum's too), so I would write to them and cancel, just to be on the safe side.

Sweetcarer, what's your company's policy for Snow continuity? My company has a policy which basically states that if I couldn't get to work I would need to work those hours back once I was able to get back into work. It's worth checking out.
  • Oh I don't have that spreadsheet, sorry 23rd Spiral. :(

I used to work in a bank and to cancel a direct debit you must notify the bank AND the company you have the direct debit with. If you cancel it at the bank only, the company can reinstate it.
