Thanks 23rdSprial, they are more neutral colours than I'm used to stitching for a sampler, but it's going to be perfect for the people that I'm stitching it for.

I was able to get a little bit done last night which I'm pleased about.

Hi all, nice to see people posting all their projects but we need more pics please!! (I'm a nosey so-and so but love seeing progress pics):D

Haven't done much myself, was working away at the weekend but will take a pic of the progress since last week and will post later.

How i do it is go to photobucket or flickr, upload the photo and then use the code it gives you which starts http://photobucket.com/

..and btw join the club about being mad my first project was a dragon curled round a castle and each colour was mixed with others as well as being on its own lol

And yes i did start it waaaaaaay to close to the edge:o, and i realise now i shouldve started it in the middle. oh well going to keep going.

For people who subscribe and have probably got your copy, what do you think of the new look?
I really don't like it. Far too much actual sewing to do to make up all these hangers etc. Plus the cost of buying all the extras. I don't know what they're thinking. There's hardly anything I liked in this issue and nothing at all I'd bother stitching from it. What a shame as I was looking forward to the revamped mag.

There's nothing in it I will make either I liked the mice but that was about it. Next months Christmas designs don't look all that special either

Not too impressed with the first new look, but will wait and see what the next couple of months bring..
