Wow bubbles the treble clef is fab i love it. I'd love to see it stitched on black i bet the colours would really stand out.
Quick question . I'm doing my calendar bears and can't decide weather to backstitch each one as i finish stitching it as i did with the first bear or wait and do it all at the end. What would you do ?
Emzy that looks like a good one to stitch. Thanks for the link to the coasters too.
Big hugs to maria and anyone else who needs them.Cross Stitch Challenge Member Number 20

Ohhhhhh I recognise that! I started that kit when I fell pregnant with DD1, I don't think I actually finished it until she was 3 :rotfl: - It's currently hanging in my living room - everyone remarks how pretty it is.
Looking forward to seeing yours progress :T
OOOhhh errrr . Well i'm past being pregnant and i hope it doesn't take too long to stitch i have an ever increasing list to do. :rotfl:Cross Stitch Challenge Member Number 20

Maria Ooooo I dont know lol of course you can have a nudge can you wait a day or 2 though please? Moving the office/spare room around at the sec.
Hope you feel better after a few days, I have days like that and luckily my DF usually notices before the tears start and we usually snuggle on the sofa and cuddle while I cry and then we watch a film or something
Shelly Ive got a book with that pattern in so again if you can wait a couple of days I can get that sorted for you
craftygranny initially when i read that i thought id leave them all until the end and then I thought nope id do them after each one for 2 reasons
1,I get to see finished bears as im going along and it would make me feel like im accomplishing something
and
2, Id go crazy at the end having to back stitch them all :rotfl:
Oh and I found out the other day my DF hasn't seen 'The Witches' film (the Roald Dahl one) so I secretly ordered it and just waiting for it to arrive. We were talking about children/family films that are a bit scary...like return to oz lol0 -

I would do each one, but then I can never leave all backstitch until the end - I would never get anything finished!!:eek::rotfl:Cross Stitch Cafe member No. 32012 170-194 2013 195-207.Hello Kitty ballerina 208.AVA 209.OLIVIA 210.ELLA 211.CARLA 212.LOUISE 213.CHARLEY 214.Mother & Child 215.Stop Faffing Completed 2014 216.Stitchers Sampler. 217.Let Them Be Small 218.Keep Calm 219. Hi Bubbles,
I haven't forgotten the chart I'd said I'd send you. Been really busy and forgotten to take it into work. Away for the next 2 days so will try to remember to do it Friday.
Hope you're feeling better soon.

craftgranny - defo as you go along.... I couldn't imagine the stress of leaving it till the end.
Bubbles - will hunt out the chart after pizza (mmmmmmmmmmm) You are doing a fab job with the lists. I know how hard it is I have to try and keep up with the £365/ year one and we are already on 8th June and I haven't updated for last month yet!! Hope you feel better soon.
Re: the opera singer quote..... I read it as 1 year old too - trying to work out how a 1 year old could be soo interested in singing.... being a singer themselves actually does make more sense tho.

Thank you for the advice ladies and i think i will backstitch as i finish each bear. I don't really mind backstitch but there will be a lot and i think i might get fed up towards the end if i left it.Cross Stitch Challenge Member Number 20
